A Copyright License Agreement is part of this registration form. It is a legal agreement, so please read it carefully. The agreement is between you and the San Francisco Symphony. It is giving YOU (licensor) ownership of the copyright of the lesson plans you create, and it gives the San Francisco Symphony (licensee) the right to post them and use them, and to allow others to use them. Also, the SFS will exclusively defend the copyright on your behalf. In addition, it specifies how the lesson plans will be credited. [If you would like to add a logo (your school or county office, for example) you can do so.]
Clicking the above checkbox means that YOU agree to the terms of this Copyright License Agreement. If you do NOT agree to these terms, click I DO NOT AGREE. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement you will not be able to upload your lesson plan(s) to the Keeping Score™ Education database.
